RESOLVED that the minutes of the meeting held on Monday 27 January 2020 be approved and signed as a correct record.
Note: Councillors Clews, Key, Lambie, O’Connor and Velan abstained from voting on the above resolution.
RESOLVED to note the Mayors Diary.
RESOLVED to NOTE draft minutes.
Members considered arrangements and content for annual public meeting to be held between 1 March 2020 and 1 June 2020, Local Government Act 1972, Schedule 12.
The Clerk advised that the meeting could only be held in a licenced premises if no other facility was available.
RESOLVED to hold the Annual Public Meeting on Monday 20th April 2020 at 6:00pm at Richmond House.

No Members present wished to fill the vacancies on Management and Finance Committee or Planning and Development Committee.
RESOLVED to have poll cards for the upcoming Hill Ward election and monies for the election to come from General Reserves.
Note: Councillor Key voted against the above resolution.
Note: Councillors Clarke, Loates and Woolley abstained from voting on the above resolution.

The Town Clerk updated Members on Richmond House Conservatory, War Memorial planning application, Gainsborough in Bloom, CIL and IT upgrade.
