
War Memorial – Parnell Street
Situated in a recently renovated garden pocket adjacent to the Gainsborough Old Hall, the War Memorial is where Remembrance Sunday services are held.

Civil War Memorial – Foxby Hill
The Battle of Gainsborough was a battle in the First English Civil War, fought on 28 July 1643. An attempt to capture Gainsborough by Charles Cavendish and the Royalists was foiled in a battle in which Colonel Oliver Cromwell distinguished himself.

Millennium Clock
Installed in 1999 by the bus station and unveiled by the Prince of Wales.
