| FS23/040 | To consider the following motion: At the Finance & Strategy Committee Meeting of 16 February 2022 it was resolved to instruct the Council Solicitor to advise the Lease is in breach and the debts need to be cleared, The Town Clerk to contact the Solicitor to write a letter to the debtor. I do not know if this was done, if not why not. We sign and agree leases and they need to be honoured so I am asking this committee to seriously look into why nothing appears to have been done.
