RESOLVED that the minutes of the Planning and Development Committee meeting held on Wednesday 27 November 2019 be confirmed and signed as a correct record.
Proposal: Planning application for conversion of part of ground floor of 138 Trinity Street to offices to be associated with 142 Trinity Street. Change of use of first and second floors of 138 Trinity Street to a small HMO with associated external alterations.
Location: 138 Trinity Street, Gainsborough
RESOLVED that Members had NO OBJECTIONS to the application on the proviso it complies with DDA regulations.

RESOLVED that Members had NO OBJECTIONS to the application.
Proposal: Planning application for demolition of existing housing stock and the erection of 27no. affordable dwellings with associated parking and amenity space

AMENDED SITE PLAN RECEIVED WHICH SHOWS THE VERTICAL DEFLECTION REMOVED FROM HIGHWAY, NEW FOOTPATH ADDED IN BETWEEN PLOTS 14 & 15 AND AN ADDITIONAL TELEGRAPH POLE FOR REMOVAL ADJACENT TO PLOT 17.
RESOLVED that Members had NO OBJECTIONS to the application, but would like clarity of the relocation of the removed telegraph pole.

Members considered a request from a business to support a request for a TPO on Thornton Street, Gainsborough.
RESOLVED to defer the matter until the next meeting in order to consult the Draft Gainsborough Neighbourhood Plan and Local Plan in order to see the future plans for the area in question.
Members considered a request for a Pavement café licence at Gainsborough Sports & Social Club, 17a Trinity Street, Gainsborough.
RESOLVED to defer the matter until clarification is sought as to the benches and parasols being used.
Members were advised that consultation on the draft plan has been extended to 31 January 2020 due to some consultees requesting further time to study the plan.
