Councillor Key declared a non-pecuniary interest in agenda item 4 as he had met Magda Read previously.

- Minutes of the meeting of Levellings Site Improvement Working Group held Friday 20 September 2019
RESOLVED that the minutes of the Levellings Site Improvement Working Group meeting held on Friday 20 September 2019 be confirmed and signed as a correct record.
Note: Councillor Key abstained from voting on the above resolution.
- PROJECT PLAN (Paper B)
RESOLVED under Standing Order 10.a.xi to exclude the press and public from the meeting in respect of confidential or other information which is prejudicial to the public interest.
Members considered the quotation received to prepare a full project plan for the development of Levellings site.
The Deputy Clerk to check if the Council have an Ordinance Survey plan of the site.
RESOLVED to accept the quotation from Magda Read Associates of £8,240 +VAT, with the inclusion of grant application support included, consultation of both Parish Church School and Mercer Wood Academy and receipt of a copy of the Professional Indemnity Insurance.
The meeting closed at 2.35pm
