RESOLVED to accept the apologies and reasons given.
Councillor Cook declared a pecuniary interest in agenda item 4i as the property owner of 2 King Street.
RESOLVED that the minutes of the Planning and Development Committee meeting held on Tuesday 28 August 2018 be confirmed and signed as a correct record.
Proposal: Outline planning application to erect 1no. dwelling – all matters reserved.
Location: Land adjacent to 2 King Street, Gainsborough
RESOLVED to defer the item to the next meeting due to the meeting being inquorate if Councillor Cook left the meeting.
Proposal: Planning application for change of use from retail-A1 to Thai hot food takeaway-A5, with extractor flue at the rear.
Location: 92 Trinity Street, Gainsborough
RESOLVED that Members have no objections to the application.

Location: Land to the rear of 227-257 Lea Road, Gainsborough
RESOLVED that Members have no objections to the application, subject to the recommendations contained in the IDB report being adhered to.
Proposal: Planning application for extension to east elevation of existing factory.
Location: Noble Foods Ltd, Corringham Road, Gainsborough
RESOLVED that Members have no objections to the application.
Proposal: Reserved matters application for residential development of up to 25no. dwellings, considering access, appearance, landscaping, layout and scale following outline planning permission 135643 granted 02 January 2018.
Location: The Beckett School, Whites Wood Lane, Gainsborough
RESOLVED that Members have no objections to the application, subject to the long-term exposure of contamination being investigated and the building company abiding by the T.L.P ground investigation report.

The Deputy Clerk informed Members that WLDC had been offered a review of the Gainsborough Housing Zone and housing delivery in general by Homes England. Local Partnerships have been appointed to carry out the review, which would be in the form of carrying out interviews with various stakeholders. They have invited to one or two Members of the Town Council for the interview.
RESOLVED that Councillors Hopper and Panter would attend the interview on Monday 5th November 2018 at 11am.
