- ELECTION OF CHAIRMAN
The outgoing Vice Chairman opened the meeting and requested proposals for the appointment of a Chairman.
RESOLVED that Councillor Ward be appointed Chairman of the Management and Finance Committee for 2018/19.
Councillor Ward took the Chair.
- ELECTION OF VICE CHAIRMAN
RESOLVED that Councillor Key be appointed Vice Chairman of the Management and Finance Committee for 2018/19.
- APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE AND REASONS GIVEN

RESOLVED to accept the apologies received and reasons given.
- TO RECEIVE MEMBERS’ DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST
No interests were declared.
- TO DECIDE THE COMMENCEMENT TIME OF MEETINGS
RESOLVED to set the commencement time of meetings to 7.00pm for 2018/19.
