- ELECTION OF CHAIRMAN
The outgoing Chairman opened the meeting and requested proposals for the appointment of a Chairman.
Councillor T Davies was proposed and seconded.
Councillor Panter was proposed and seconded.
A vote was taken as follows: –
Councillor T Davies received 4 votes for
Councillor Panter received 2 votes for
RESOLVED that Councillor T Davies be appointed Chairman of the Community Services Committee for 2018/19.
Councillor T Davies took the Chair.
- ELECTION OF VICE CHAIRMAN
Councillor Hopkinson was proposed and seconded.
RESOLVED that Councillor Hopkinson be appointed Vice Chairman of the Community Services Committee for 2018/19.
- APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE AND REASONS GIVEN

RESOLVED to accept the apologies received and reasons given.
- TO RECEIVE MEMBERS’ DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST
No interests were declared.
- TO DECIDE THE COMMENCEMENT TIME OF MEETINGS
RESOLVED to set the commencement time of meetings to 7.15pm for 2018/19.
