3. MINUTES OF THE PREVIOUS MEETING (Paper A)
Minutes of the meeting of Levellings Site Improvement Working Group held Friday 6 November 2020
RESOLVED that the minutes of the Levellings Site Improvement Working Group meeting held on Friday 6 November 2020 be confirmed and signed as a correct record.
4. CONSULTATION RESULTS (Papers B&C)
Magda Read, Clifford Read and Dr Dieu Hack-Polay presented the consultation results to the working group.
Members noted the update from Magda Read Services.
Note: Magda Read, Clifford Read and Dr Dieu Hack-Polay left the meeting at 3.02pm
Members felt they initially wanted current play equipment repairing and upgrading.
RESOLVED to accept the results of the consultation but to defer the approval of the plan layout until the next meeting; and to ask the Operations Manager to obtain quotations for the repair and upgrade of the toddler play area.
5. LEVELLINGS FOOTPATHS (Paper D)
Members noted the current state of the footpaths.
RESOLVED to ask the Operations Manager to obtain quotations for the repair of the whole footpath around Levellings playing field and dog walk. Councillor Key to speak to LCC regarding the dog walk footpath.
Note: Councillors agreed to carry out a site visit to look at the footpaths.
6. FCC COMMUNITY ACTION FUND (Paper E)
RESOLVED to apply to the FCC Community Action Fund for basic repairs and upgrades to current play equipment.
