RESOLVED that the minutes of the meeting held on Wednesday 8 January 2020 be approved and signed as a correct record.
Note: Councillor Boles abstained from voting on the above resolution.
RESOLVED TO RECOMMEND TO FULL COUNCIL to approve the 2020 / 2021 budget with a 3.75% increase, equating to £110.22 per Band D Property, an increase of £3.99 per annum.
At the request of Councillor Dobbie a recorded vote was taken as follows: –

RESOLVED to approve the 2020 / 2021 budget with a 3.75% increase, equating to £110.22 per Band D Property, an increase of £3.99 per annum.
RESOLVED under Standing Order 10.a.xi to exclude the press and public from the meeting in respect of confidential or other information which is prejudicial to the public interest.
RESOLVED TO RECOMMEND TO FULL COUNCIL to approve and sign off Underlease of Roses Sports Ground and Pavilion to Gainsborough Trinity Foundation.
The Deputy Clerk clarified that there is no break clause in the 25 year under lease.
