6. STREET NAMING (Paper B)
Committee considered postal addressing of properties off Bowling Green Road/Wilson Street.
RESOLVED to propose Shore Row for the old Wilson Street after local school teacher and WLDC Councillor Reg Shore.
Note: Councillors Panter and Ward abstained from voting on the above resolution.
7. TREE PRESERVATION ORDERS
Members NOTED that none had been received.
8. BUS STOP CLEARWAYS (Paper C)
Committee considered the consultation from LCC to establish bus stop clearways on Trinity Street and Riseholme Road.
RESOLVED to support the creation of bus stop clearways on Trinity Street and Riseholme Road.
Note: Councillor Plastow abstained from voting on the above resolution.
9. GAINSBOROUGH TOWN NEIGHBOURHOOD PLAN (Paper D)
The Deputy Clerk advised she was still awaiting a quote from DrumBeat for them to take on the website.
RESOLVED to defer util the next meeting.
10. WLDC PLANNING TRAINING SESSIONS
29th September – Heritage in Planning
Councillor Plastow and Lambie attend the 29th September – Heritage in Planning training, Councillor Schofield and Craig will take additional spaces if they become available.
11. CENTRAL LINCOLNSHIRE LOCAL PLAN CONSULTATION (Paper E)
Members approved Councillor Dobbie Press Release to inform members of the public of the consultation.
Regarding the Central Lincolnshire Local Plan consultation it was RESOLVED that Councillor Scofield would complete the work she started and distribute to the Committee for any further comment before it being submitted prior to the deadline.
Meeting concluded at 8.09pm
