Due to the confidential nature, members RESOLVED to exclude the press and public from the meeting during consideration of the next item in accordance with the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960.
4. TOWN CLERK RECRUITMENT (Paper A)
Note: Councillor Ward arrived at the meeting at 6:04pm
Councillor Key raised a point of order.
RESOLVED to suspend Standing Order 7 to discuss the agenda item.
Note: Councillor Key abstained from voting on the above resolution.
Council received and considered amendments to initial Town Clerk Contract of Employment.
RESOLVED to accept the amended Town Clerk Contract of Employment as per Paper A.
Note: Councillors Key and Velan abstained from voting on the above resolution.
