Various plots on North Warren had become overgrown and unmanageable even by the most seasoned gardener’s standards, so allocating them to new holders was a no go.
To support the growth of this allotment site, the town council approved the go-ahead of plot clearance for some of these unusable plots and now they’re ready to use!
There’s still some way to go, with additional unserviceable plots to be cleared in the future, but for now, we’ve got a new row of 7 North Warren allotments, some of which are already being allocated to our green-fingered community.
