PS23/132 To consider a motion by Cllr Key in three parts:

1.    The Council has its Christmas Lights (as stored at Richmond Park) professionally checked and assessed and this committee authorise the necessary expenditure to do so in the current year.

2.    The electrician produce a comprehensive report with the view to re-use the lights and estimate the cost and life span, from this to come back to committee.

To accept the Marshalls Yard offer to store the lights on their premises
