The Committee resolved to object to the application on the grounds that: –
· It is not in keeping with buildings in style in the vicinity. · The location of the apartments within the site · Would request a reduction in number of dwellings to 4 · Would request a more detailed outline plan to gauge actual proportions · Entrance to be on the northern side of the plot rather than central.

The Committee resolved to respond as follows: –
· No waiting at any time on Trinity Street at its junctions with Pillard House Lane, Linden Terrace, Clinton Street and Portland Terrace to maintain traffic flow and visibility is supported. · Support the proposal to extend the permitted parking time near the crossing as this should aid the slow of traffic making the crossing safer.
