RESOLVED that Councillor Plastow be appointed Vice Chairman of the Planning and Development Committee for 2019/2020.
RESOLVED that commencement time of scheduled Planning and Development Committee meetings in 2019/20 be 6:00pm.

RESOLVED that the minutes of the Planning and Development Committee meeting held on Tuesday 23 April 2019 be confirmed and signed as a correct record.
Note: Councillors Plastow and Velan abstained from voting on the above resolution.
Proposal: Planning application for installation of a flue to serve an internal CHP system
Location: West Lindsey Leisure Centre, The Avenue, Gainsborough
RESOLVED that Members have NO OBJECTIONS to the application.
Proposal: Planning application for single storey rear extension
Location: 23 Acacia Avenue, Gainsborough
Note: Councillors Dobbie and Plastow declared a non-pecuniary interest as they know the resident of a neighbouring property.
RESOLVED that Members SUPPORT the application.

Proposal: Planning application for demolition of existing buildings and erection of 14no. apartments including landscaping, parking and associated works
Location: Ropery Inn, 202 Ropery Road, Gainsborough
RESOLVED that Members OBJECT to the application on the following grounds: –
Despite amendments the proposal is still considered to be of an overbearing nature and density.
The area for access and egress already has a high volume of traffic, with regular congestion. Any available on street parking is heavily utilised and oversubscribed.
Proposal: Application for advertisement consent for 4no. fascia signs and 1no. free standing totem sign
Location: Land adj Morrisons Supermarket, Heapham Road South, Gainsborough
RESOLVED that Members have NO OBJECTIONS on the application.

Members were advised that there were no changes for the previous comprehensive update received from WLDC.
Members NOTED the correspondence received from the consultant working on the Corringham Neighbourhood Plan Steering Group.
RESOLVED to:
Members considered planning training options in line with revised Structure and Functions which makes training compulsory.
RESOLVED to invite Angle (Planning Trainer for LALC) to deliver a training session on either Tuesday 16th or Tuesday 30th July 2019.
Councillor Dobbie requested that it be investigated if WLDC could include GTC Planning Committee Members on any planning training that they provide to their own Members.
