RESOLVED to accept the apologies and reasons given.
None received.
RESOLVED that the minutes of the Planning and Development Committee meeting held on Tuesday 23 October 2018be confirmed and signed as a correct record.
Note: Councillors Schofield and Taylor abstained from voting on the above resolution.
Proposal: County matters application PL-0100-18 – New seven classroom extension, studio hall, group rooms, ancillary spaces, and refurbishment of the existing group room with associated external works and increased parking.
Location: Castle Wood Primary Academy, The Avenue, Gainsborough
The Clerk advised Members that the comments were now closed.
Some Members raised concerns regarding the drop off and pick up points for the students.
Councillor Hopper advised it was a Highways issue and not a planning issue.
RESOLVED to raise concerns with WLDC regarding the safety of parent parking on the highway and child drop off / pick up area.
Note: Councillor Hopper abstained from voting on the above resolution.
Proposal: Outline planning application for the development of up to 49no. dwellings, with access to land to the west of Horsley Road, Gainsborough to be considered and not reserved for subsequent applications – resubmission of 134824.
Location: Land to the West of Horsley Road, Gainsborough
I refer to my previous consultation on the above and now wish to inform you that the application has been amended as follows.
REVISED FLOOD RISK ASSESSMENT AND DRAINAGE STRATEGY AND REVISED SITE LAYOUT RECEIVED
The Clerk reminded Members that they supported the development at a meeting in September 2017 and advised the Environment Agency have supported the revised Flood Risk Assessment.
RESOLVED to raise concerns over the access for emergency vehicles as it is not an appropriate route.
Note: Councillors Hopper and Taylor voted against the above decision.

Proposal: Planning application for installation of an external CHP gas compressor with acoustic enclosure
Location: West Lindsey Leisure Centre, The Avenue, Gainsborough
RESOLVED that Members support the application due to the improved environmental impact.
Proposal: Application for the prior notifications of proposed demolition
Location: Garages, 13 to 33 Aegir Close & 1 to 11 Fairfax Close, Gainsborough
RESOLVED that Members support the application if the brown field site will in future be used for affordable housing.
Proposal: Outline planning application to erect 1no. dwelling – all matters reserved.
Location: Land adjacent to 2 King Street, Gainsborough
RESOLVED to note the outcome of the application.
Proposal: Planning application for extension to east elevation of existing factory.
Location: Noble Foods Ltd, Corringham Road, Gainsborough
RESOLVED to note the outcome of the application.

Proposal: Application for approval of reserved matters for the erection of 2no. dwellings considering access, appearance, landscaping, layout and scale, following outline planning permission 133648 granted 23 December 2015.
Location: Milton Road / Dunster Road, Gainsborough
