RESOLVED that the minutes of the Planning and Development Committee meeting held on Tuesday 26 March 2019 be confirmed and signed as a correct record.
Note: Councillor Schofield abstained from voting on the above resolution.
Proposal: Planning application for a rear extension to provide attached annex and erect detached garage
Location: 315 Lea Road, Gainsborough
RESOLVED that Members have NO OBJECTIONS on the application.
Proposal: Single storey extension to rear of property
Location: Middlefield House Nursing Home, Middlefield Lane, Gainsborough
RESOLVED that Members have NO OBJECTIONS on the application.

Proposal: Planning application to substitute 4no. 3-bed townhouses plots 43- 46 with 6no. 1-bed flats as approved under references 125240 and 130955
Location: Former Co-op Dairy, Northolme, Gainsborough
RESOLVED that Members SUPPORT the application.
Proposal: Raise the ground level by approximately 1 metre and construct 16no. industrial units, together with associated access roads and car parking.
Location: Willoughton Drive Foxby Lane Gainsborough
RESOLVED that Members SUPPORT the application.
Proposal: Amendments to original proposal – demolition of existing buildings and erection of 16no. apartments including landscaping, parking and associated works.
Location: Ropery Inn, Ropery Road, Gainsborough
Members were of the view that the application was of high density and imposing on a busy through road and not in keeping with other dwellings.
Note: Councillor Taylor declared a non-pecuniary interest as his children live in the vicinity of the proposed application.
RESOLVED that Members OBJECT on the grounds that the application is over bearing, not in keeping with the area and other dwellings and the area already has a high volume of traffic.
Proposal: Planning application for replacement of concrete cladding with aluminium cladding system, replacement of single glazed metal frame to first floor windows with double glazed powder coated aluminium framed windows, and replacement of ground floor shopfront.

Members considered correspondence from the Corringham Neighbourhood Plan Steering Group
RESOLVED to respond to the correspondence received from Corringham Neighbourhood Plan Steering Group as the Town Council have a degree of commonality in the area of the Corringham Neighbourhood Plan and raise observations with the consultant in relation to the boundary of the NSUE, Belt Road and Corringham Road Industrial Estate.
