3. MINUTES OF THE PREVIOUS MEETING (Paper A)
Minutes of the meeting of Levellings Site Improvement Working Group held Friday 8 January 2021.
RESOLVED that the minutes of the Levellings Site Improvement Working Group meeting held on Friday 8 January 2021 be confirmed and signed as a correct record.
4. CONSULTATION RESULTS (Papers B&C)
Magda Read and Clifford Read gave an update on the updated consultation results document.
Members noted the update from Magda Read Associates.
RESOLVED to accept the updated consultation document and to accept option 2 (without a carpark) as the basis for the final plan to be submitted by MRA.
Note: Magda Read and Clifford Read left the meeting at 2.39pm
5. FCC COMMUNITY ACTION FUND (Paper E)
RESOLVED that the project be split into phases with the first phase focusing on the play equipment (including the basketball court) at the northern end of the site and the planting of new borders and the Japanese garden area.
RESOLVED It was further resolved that it be RECOMMENDED to the COMMUNITY SERVICES COMMITTEE that a survey of the trees near the dog walk be conducted to establish if they could be removed to prevent further damage to the paths. Assuming there are no issues in relation to planning it is recommended that the tree or trees causing a problem to be removed and the path restored to a good condition.
RESOLVED that a meeting of the Working Group will be held on Friday 23 April 2021 at 2pm.
