Minutes of the meeting of Levellings Site Improvement Working Group held Friday 11th September 2020
RESOLVED that the minutes of the Levellings Site Improvement Working Group meeting held on Friday 11th September 2020 be confirmed and signed as a correct record.
- UPDATED PROPOSAL FOR CONSULTATION
Members noted the update from Magda Read Services
- PAYMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
Cllr Craig wanted to note the exceptionally good job done by Magda Read Associates and that the consultation has started. At the time of the meeting over 1,000 consultation letters were being distributed.
RESOLVED: To accept and authorise the payment of £2,948 to Magda Read Associates.
