Armed forces & Remembrance Sunday May 2018

- ARMED FORCES DAY GENERAL UPDATE
Councillor C Davies updated Members of progress so far.
- 8 catering units booked
- 2 bars booked
- 22 out of 30 stalls booked, interest in a further 6, will be closing stall booking on 1 June in order to begin allocating positions
- Will require names and numbers for the stalls, the office will do these once organised
- 12 June arranged to attend Marshalls to plan the site
- 29 June will be staking out areas
Frank had spoken to Elite Signs to see if they would sponsor the advertising banners or to do them at cut price as last years banners have not been located. They are getting back to him.
Frank had spoken to the Manageress at Spar to see what staff members would be available for assistance on the day as in the previous year.
