The Committee resolved to refuse the application due to the current signage proposal, due to it being in a conservation area and the signage is proposed to be plastic and illuminated.

2) Queries over if the front facade of the building was listed.

|The Committee resolved to contact WLDC to clarify the following: –
1) The Willow Tree on Bridge Street (year 1996) they would like to ensure it is being protected and they think it is barriered off at the minute.
2) What happens if a tree is felled without permission?
3) Are most of the felled trees due to them being diseased?
4) Is there a policy to replace felled trees?

|PL23/037||To consider Traffic Regulation Order request from Thonock Park for a speed reduction on the Belt Road, Gainsborough, or/and speed calming measures (the current SLOW painted on the road needs re-painting), the junction between The Avenue, The Belt Road and Thonock Park is notoriously bad.||The Committee resolved to support the request for traffic calming measures on the Belt Road.||ASO to write to the County Councillor and applicant advising the Council support their TRO request.|

|The Committee resolved to see if Savills would like to attend Julys Full Council meeting to present the draft proposals for an outline planning application for the Gainsborough Southern Neighbourhood SUE.||TC to contact Savills to see if they would like to present to the Full Council.|
|PL23/039||To receive notice under Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION from Gainsborough Trinity Foundation for Full Planning Approval for a Proposed Two Storey Extension to Provide Additional Function Rooms with External Terrace.
