4. MINUTES OF THE PREVIOUS MEETING (Paper A, B)
i. Meeting of Council held on Wednesday 7 July 2021
RESOLVED that the minutes of the meeting held on Wednesday 07 July 2021 be approved and signed as a correct record.
ii. Meeting of Council held on Wednesday O6 October 2021
RESOLVED that the minutes of the meeting held on Wednesday 06 October 2021 be approved and signed as a correct record.
5. WELCOME BACK FUND
The Welcome back Fund Officer invited to speak on the subject had not been able to attend.
6. COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES (Paper C)
RESOLVED to NOTE committee meeting minutes drafted since the last meeting.
7. TOWN CLERKS REPORT (Paper D)
RESOLVED to NOTE the report from the Deputy Town Clerk.
8. GENERAL CEMETERY RESURFACING WORKS (Paper E)
RESOLVED to exclude public and press for item 8 on the agenda due to the commercially sensitive items under discussion.
RESOLVED to award the resurfacing work To RN Surfacing as per their quote dated 20 October and to approve the resulting expenditure from the current budget and the reserves earmarked for this purpose.
9. COMMITTEE VACANCIES
RESOLVED to appoint Cllr Liam Muggridge to the Planning Committee.
There remains a vacancy on the Property and Services Committee.
