Obtaining an allotment:
There are five allotment garden sites in Gainsborough which are managed by the Town Council.
Each has a Site Representative who helps to manage the running of that particular site on behalf of both the plot holders and the Town Council.
If you would like to obtain an allotment please click here or download and complete the application form below and return it to allotments@gainsborough-tc.gov.uk. Alternatively, if you would like to contact the Communities Officer please call on 07932 570929.
When there is no availability, the Council will manage a waiting list. This waiting list will always put the following people first:
· Gainsborough residents before non-residents;
· People who do not already have an allotment before those who have;
· Individuals before organisations and community groups (who may be offered a letting agreement slightly different to those for individuals).
