NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN and Members are summoned to attend a meeting of the Planning Committee of the Council to be held on Tuesday 16 September 2025 at 6:30pm in the meeting room, Richmond House, Richmond Park, Morton Terrace, Gainsborough, DN21 2RJ at which the under mentioned business will be transacted.
Prior to the commencement of the meeting there will be a public forum when members of the public may speak on any item set out in the agenda for the meeting. A maximum of two individuals to address the Committee for a maximum of 3 minutes each. Only one person will be allowed to speak in support of a planning application and only one against, each for a maximum of 3 minutes.

PL26/099 Asset of Community Value – Bracken Park
i. To note successful decision from the review panel to designate both plots of land as Assets of Community Value at Bracken Park.
ii. To note the notification for the larger plot A will follow, WLDC are aware this plot of land is up for sale. WLDC are checking the legislation as to the next steps advice which they wish to issue out with the notification.
