RESOLVED that the minutes of the Planning and Development Committee meeting held on Wednesday 28 July 2021 be confirmed and signed as a correct record.

Proposal: Planning application for combined single and two storey rear extension and internal layout alterations
Location: 9 Noel Street Gainsborough
RESOLVED that the Committee have no objections to the application.
ii. Application Ref No: 143220
Proposal: Application for approval of reserved matters to erect 1no. bungalow, considering appearance, layout, scale and landscaping following outline planning permission 136429 granted 25 September 2017
Location: Land off Spital Hill, Gainsborough
RESOLVED that the Committee suggest the applicant looks at the previously approved application and REJECT the application on the following grounds: –

Councillor Dobbie advised that the developer and WLDC had agreed Shore Row for the new Bowling Green Road / Wilson Street development.

Members NOTED that none had been received.
8. GAINSBOROUGH TOWN NEIGHBOURHOOD PLAN (Paper B)
Members discussed the future of the RAGE website.
RESOLVED to appoint John Slater to maintain the website for a year to monitor levels of engagement with the site, and RECOMMEND TO FULL COUNCIL to create a budget of £125 for the hosting and maintenance of the RAGE website.
