The Committee resolved they support the comments from Lincolnshire Police and suggest a borderline between the houses and wood and possibly a ditch as was produced with the Marlow Road development against the Eight Acre Wood. The Committee also have concerns that the development needs a drainage system to with stand all its needs.

Councillor Key proposed an amendment to object to the application on the grounds of where it is sited on the main road and cause for traffic safety, seconded by Councillor Plastow.

Councillor Dobbie used his casting vote to vote for the original proposal.
