9. Gainsborough Town Neighbourhood Plan
Committee to note that the final draft of the Neighbourhood Plan is in the process of being submitted to WLDC. This draft will include the changes set out by the Independent External Examiner.
Committee to note that the Neighbourhood Plan referendum will be taking place on Thursday 6 May to coincide with the County Council elections.
Committee to consider if the Town Council wishes to advertise the referendum and what budget should be set aside. Currently there is no budget for advertisement. The Planning and Development Committee would therefore need to make a recommendation to the Management & Finance Committee.
