Minutes of the meeting of Planning and Development Committee held on Tuesday 22 September 2020
RESOLVED that the minutes of the Planning and Development Committee meeting held on Tuesday 22 September 2020 be confirmed and signed as a correct record.
Proposal: Planning application for side extension
Location: Unit 3-4 Sandars Road, Gainsborough
RESOLVED that Committee had no objections to the application.

Proposal: Planning application to replace the existing single storey outhouse with single storey rear extension
Location: 18 Connaught Road, Gainsborough
RESOLVED that Committee had no objections to the application.
Proposal: Planning application for relocation and replacement of the existing DAF plant and equipment from the northern boundary to the eastern boundary, and construction of water balance tank on the eastern boundary

RESOLVED to reserve any comments until further information has been received from the Environment Agency and basic transport information for LCC.

Note: Councillor Dobbie arrived at the meeting at 7.28pm.
It was suggested that the Council contact Keepmoat to see if they would contribute to the cost of a reactive type 30mph sign.

RESOLVED TO RECOMMEND TO FULL COUNCIL to create a budget of £220 to purchase 22 30mph passive notices for Foxby Lane.
Note: Councillor Dobbie abstained from voting on the above resolution.
