- Minutes of the meeting of Levellings Site Improvement Working Group held Friday 6 March 2020
RESOLVED that the minutes of the Levellings Site Improvement Working Group meeting held on Friday 6 March 2020 be confirmed and signed as a correct record.
Note: Councillor Boles abstained from voting on the above resolution.

Members received a presentation from Magda Read, supported by Clifford Read and Dr Dieu Hack-Polay, regarding the proposals put forward and consultation for Levellings.

Councillor Key advised it was more than he envisaged and the matter needed discussing further.

Note: Councillor Key left the meeting at 3.10pm
Councillor Boles thought proposals were good but raised concerns that not all aspects would be deliverable or feasible and would only want to consult on proposals that the Council could deliver and maintain long term.
- How to proceed with the proposals and associated consultation
To be discussed further at Community Services Committee.
iii. What update to give to the Community Services Committee at its next meeting in July 2020
RESOLVED to take the project and consultation proposals to Community Services Committee in July 2020 for further discussion and report back to the Levellings Improvements Working Group.
