To consider the following recommendation from Property and Services Committee meeting held on Tuesday 10 March 2026 (PS26/081 Foxby Hill Entrance Gates:
RESOLVED: To RECOMMEND to the PLANNING COMMITTEE to use £5,594.00 of Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) funds be used to appoint Moulds Fencing to remove the existing gates and supply and install new gates and fencing at Foxby Hill Allotments.
If the above recommendation is supported this the subsequently need to be recommended to Full Council.

To support as it improves safety and RECOMMEND to FULL COUNCIL to use £5,594.00 of Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) funds to appoint Moulds Fencing to remove the existing gates and supply and install new gates and fencing at Foxby Hill Allotments, but to raise concerns about the amount of CIL funds that have been spent on the allotments.

NOTE: Councillors Dobbie and Hooton abstained on voting on the above resolution.
