RESOLVED that the minutes of the Planning and Development Committee meeting held on Wednesday 28 August 2019 be confirmed and signed as a correct record.
Note: Councillors Plastow and Schofield abstained from voting on the above resolution.
Proposal: Planning application for minor alterations to car park with the relocation of the grill bays, changes to the drive thru lane with the introduction of tandem ordering incorporating 2no. new digital customer order displays with overhead canopies, installation of a goal post height restrictor and 2no. retractable canopies over the patio area

RESOLVED that Members OBJECT to the application of the grounds that no Flood Risk Assessment was submitted and Members were of the view that the existing garage building is unsafe.
Proposal: Planning application for change of use of ground floor shop to living accommodation

RESOLVED that Members had NO OBJECTIONS to the application.
Proposal: Application for advertisement consent for 2no. fascia signs

Proposal: To vary condition 2 of Listed Building Consent 138961 – to re-position the fire alarm detector in the kitchen area from the medieval timber studwork onto the brickwork

The last update received in April was comprehensive and no further update has been received.
Neither the proposer or the seconder were in attendance at the meeting but Members felt LCC had taken the raised issues onboard during the statutory consultation shown in Paper D in item 11 on the agenda.
Councillor Dobbie raised a concern over false advertising as photos used in the document being of a nodding donkey in Gainsborough and it being a different extraction technique.
RESOLVED to highlight to Nottinghamshire County Council that Lincolnshire has a predisposition over the storage of gas in vacated areas after excavation.
Members noted the Traffic Regulation Order Public Notice to be advertised.
Councillor Dobbie advised that the Neighbourhood Plan would be going to public referendum in Spring 2020 and encouraged Members to observe at Neighbourhood Plan Working Group meeting in order to able to assist in the consultation process and promotion of the referendum.
