Members noted the current position in regards to Remembrance Sunday
Councillor Dannatt volunteered to help on the day with road closures and Caz Davies will ask her dad if he can volunteer as previous years.
Members noted the resolution from Community Services Committee not to send a Pre-Application advice submission, but instead move forward with the submission of a full planning application and intended tree work application.

Caz Davies advised that she would make enquiries to see if a volunteer would complete the applications, with the Working Group approving them prior to submission.
