Gainsborough Town Council has taken delivery of the first ever version of a Wessex tow-behind paddock mower in the UK.
The mower will be towed behind existing council vehicles with a tow bar and is to be employed in areas of low amenity grass and where the grass has run away due to the weather.
The mower will be used in areas such as Aisby Walk public open space, the Levellings Park and the cemeteries.
This Wessex Mower will save time and money and deliver a better finish than a grounds person using just a strimmer.
