Committee  meetings will be held in the Reading Room at Richmond House, Richmond Park, Morton Terrace, Gainsborough. Public and press are welcome to attend.

PS23/128 To note an officer report on Foxby Hill allotment asbestos.

PS23/129 To consider a memorial bench application.

PS23/130 To consider any action to be taken to reduce and limit the speed of vehicular traffic in the cemetery.

PS23/131 To receive and note a verbal report of a meeting with Friends of the General Cemetery.  
PS23/132 To consider a motion by Cllr Key in three parts:

1.    The Council has its Christmas Lights (as stored at Richmond Park) professionally checked and assessed and this committee authorise the necessary expenditure to do so in the current year.

2.    The electrician produce a comprehensive report with the view to re-use the lights and estimate the cost and life span, from this to come back to committee.

To accept the Marshalls Yard offer to store the lights on their premises
