Minutes of the meeting of Planning and Development Committee held on Tuesday 26 October 2021
RESOLVED that the minutes of the Planning and Development Committee meeting held on Tuesday 26 October 2021 be confirmed and signed as a true record.
Note: Councillor Key abstained from voting on the above resolution.

Proposal: Application for advertisement consent for 2no. signs over retail store entrance.
Location: Unit 2, Marshalls Yard, Beaumont Street, Gainsborough
RESOLVED to NOTE that planning consent had been granted by the Local Planning Authority (LPA).
ii. Application Ref No: 143876
Proposal: Notification under Electricity Act 1989: Overhead Lines (Exemption) (England and Wales) Regulations 2009 – KM/YC14941 – G1216 33kV Wood Pole overhead line rebuild
Location: Foxby Lane, Gainsborough – Stow Park Road, Stow
RESOLVED to NOTE the LPA did not wish to object to the proposal.
iii. Application Ref No: 143901
Proposal: Planning application for creation of new units with class use of B2-B8 with ancillary trade counter,including extension and refurbishment of existing units with alterations to the existing service yard including including parking bays and associated external landscaping, perimeter fencing, retaining walls and the remodelling of existing vehicle entry locations.

RESOLVED that the Committee have no objections to the application.

Proposal: Planning application for extension to create additional warehouse & storage space, loading bay, new offices and staff facilities, alterations to existing warehouse including new doors & openings.

Proposal: Planning application for a lawful development certificate for proposed side extension.

8. GAINSBOROUGH TOWN NEIGHBOURHOOD PLAN
Nothing to update on.
9. LOCAL TRANSPORT PLAN – CONSULTATION
A Local Transport Plan lays out what our transport is like now, where we want to be in 10 years, and how we’re going to get there.
LCC were asking residents, businesses, and our partners, for their opinions on the themes identified, challenges, and the potential projects outlined in the plan.
The survey needed completing online before 1 December:
Councillor Schofield advised she would complete the survey online and encouraged other Members to do the same.
The Committee were advised that the consultation was circulated to all Members on 29th October.
