RESOLVED that Committee would not comment on at this stage because of conflicting or insufficient information on the application relating to boundaries, trees, and hedges. Members requested clarification and further information about the boundaries, hedge lines and trees.

Proposal: County Matters application PL/0095/20 for regularisation of a 3rd leachate storage tank, relocation of an associated compressor container; restoration soils storage area including a plant compound.

9. GAINSBOROUGH TOWN NEIGHBOURHOOD PLAN (Paper D)
Members NOTED Andrew Ashcroft Planning Ltd has been appointed examiner for the Gainsborough Neighbourhood Plan.
It was further NOTED that the examiner is currently reading the plan and the supporting material including. It is hoped that a site visit will be undertaken once lockdown ends. Shortly after that a clarification note will likely be issued with questions for the Town Council and WLDC to respond to before the Christmas break.
10. COMMUNITY INFRASTRUCTURE LEVY (CIL) (Paper K)
Committee NOTED receipt of £206.90 CIL funds from WLDC relating to development 140706, to erect 1no. dwelling including new access, land adjacent to 43 Heapham Road, Gainsborough.
RESOLVED That the funds be set aside for now until a bigger pot is available to provide new equipment and facilities for the area.
11. REGULATION 14 CONSULTATION ON THE CORRINGHAM NEIGHBOURHOOD PLAN (Paper L)
Committee NOTED that comments on the Draft Corringham Neighbourhood Plan are being accepted. This is a formal consultation in accordance with the Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012 (Regulation 14). It will run for just over seven weeks from midday today (Wednesday 18th November 2020) until 5:00pm on Friday 8th January 2021.
