Minutes:
Councillor Dobbie declared an interest in items PL26/178 and PL26/179 due to being a West Lindsey District Councillor and it being West Lindsey District Council owned land.
Councillor Key declared a personal interest in item PL26/185 as he had been in communication with a neighbouring resident to the property.
