RESOLVED to accept the apologies and reasons given.

RESOLVED that the minutes of the Planning and Development Committee meeting held on Tuesday 27 November 2018 be confirmed and signed as a correct record.
Note: Councillor Cook abstained from voting on the above resolution.
Proposal: Outline planning application to erect 2no. dwellings with garages-all matters reserved
Location: Plots 3 and 4 Summer Hill, Gainsborough
RESOLVED that Members have no objections to the outline planning application.
Proposal: Planning application to replace existing bay window and door
Location: 26 Caskgate Street, Gainsborough
RESOLVED that Members have no objections to the application but raised concerns over the material of the proposed replacement door.

RESOLVED that Members do not have any objections to the application, Members noted it was in the conservation area but was out of public view.

Councillor Dobbie referred to the tree / hedge line on Morton Front at Alderton Chase being retained following the Council raising concerns.
The Clerk informed Members that she was meeting with the Director of Growth at WLDC in the new year so would have an update for the next meeting.
