RESOLVED: To comment about protecting the green wedge opposite Morrisons that goes up to the road and down to the rural trackway as it adds to the rural character of the entranceway into the town. If there is going to be that many access points, to request a review of the speed limit to 30mph along Foxby Lane.

PL26/213 Changes to Hedge Height Legislation
To note the below response from WLDC regarding hedge height legislation.
The legislation has not changed nor is there any planned changes. The high hedges legislation is within Part 8 of the Anti- Social Behaviour Act 2003.
Hedges can be grown to any height; there is no maximum hedge height. It is only if the hedge is having an adverse impact on a neighbours enjoyment of their property because of its height that a high hedge complaint could be made to the Council as a last resort, and if the case is taken on, the Council would assess the situation to see if the hedge needs reducing in height and if so, to what height.
