ALLOTMENT TENANCY AGREEMENT AND TERMS & CONDITIONS (Papers B & C) \nThe Working Group considered the draft Tenancy Agreement and Terms and Conditions. \nThe Working Group noted the resolution of the Community Services Committee on Tuesday 8 December 2020: \nRESOLVED Only the draft Tenancy Agreement and Terms and Conditions be considered by the Policy Review Working Group for further tweaking before approval by the Community Services Committee. \nThe Working Group noted and considered a small handful of suggested changes that have been included on the version sent with this agenda and were happy to refer back to Community Services Committee with the addition of a line about the plot holder use of CCTV. \nThe Chairman stated: \nAt the moment this group can only make minor amendments to existing policy documents.  I am hopeful that a revision of the structure of the council will strengthen our ability to shape its future course in terms of its policies. \nWhile I would commend the leadership and officers of the council in their efforts to reform the management of the allotments\, I am not convinced this will achieve the results envisaged. \nThe meeting concluded at 2.05pm

ALLOTMENT TENANCY AGREEMENT AND TERMS & CONDITIONS (Papers B & C) \nNote: Councillor Panter arrived at the meeting at 2.18pm \nMembers noted the decision taken by the Community Services Committee on 10 November 2020 to refer this matter to the Working Group for consideration. \nMembers considered the paper moved at the Community Services Committee on 10 November 2020. \nMembers noted an additional set of documents had been submitted for consideration since the Community Services Committee meeting.\nNote: Councillor Boles left the meeting at 2.27pm \nRESOLVED TO RECOMMEND TO THE COMMUNITY SERVICES COMMITTEE that any review should focus on the current Allotment Tenancy Agreement and Terms & Conditions. \n5. COMPLAINTS POLICY (Paper D) \nMembers considered an updated draft of the Complaints Policy. \nRESOLVED TO RECOMMEND TO FULL COUNCIL to adopt the amended Complaints Policy. \n6.
