The high hedges legislation is within Part 8 of the Anti- Social Behaviour Act 2003.\nHedges can be grown to any height; there is no maximum hedge height. It is only if the hedge is having an adverse impact on a neighbours enjoyment of their property because of its height that a high hedge complaint could be made to the Council as a last resort\, and if the case is taken on\, the Council would assess the situation to see if the hedge needs reducing in height and if so\, to what height. \nMinutes:\nResolved to note the response from WLDC regarding hedge height legislation. \nPL26/214  Items for Notification\nTo receive any items for notification to be included on a future agenda (for information only). \nMinutes:\ni.
