DESCRIPTION:1ARMED~1\nPresent: \nCouncillor Tim Davies (Chair) \nCouncillor Liz Clews \nCouncillor Caz Davies \nCouncillor Keith Panter \nMr Frank Charlton- Royal British Legion \n  \n  \nIn Attendance: \n  \nRachel Allbones                      Deputy Clerk to the Council \n  \n  \n  \n\n APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE AND REASONS GIVEN\n\n  \nNone received. \n  \n  \n\nARMED FORCES DAY GENERAL UPDATE\n\n  \nCouncillor C Davies updated Members of progress so far. \n  \n\n8 catering units booked\n2 bars booked\n22 out of 30 stalls booked\, interest in a further 6\, will be closing stall booking on 1 June in order to begin allocating positions\nWill require names and numbers for the stalls\, the office will do these once organised\n12 June arranged to attend Marshalls to plan the site\n29 June will be staking out areas\n\n  \nFrank had spoken to Elite Signs to see if they would sponsor the advertising banners or to do         them at cut price as last years banners have not been located. They are getting back to him. \n  \nFrank had spoken to the Manageress at Spar to see what staff members would be available for            assistance on the day as in the previous year. \n  \n  \n\n DATE OF NEXT MEETING\n\n  \nFriday 15 May 2018 at 9:00am \n  \n  \nMeeting concluded at 9.56am \n  \n  \n
